DOG LICENSE INFORMATION:
All dogs more than 5 months of age in the Town of Troy must have and wear a license tag by January 31st of each year or upon arrival in the Town limits. It is necessary to show proof that the dog has current rabies vaccination and that it has been altered, unless information is on file from previous year. An application form is provided on the other side of this sheet.

If paying by mail, include a business sized, self addressed, stamped envelope to return license.
